How Much Is Pediatric Care? Here It's Simple.
​Trailblazer members pay a flat monthly rate per child, depending on age. Family subscriptions cap at $260/month, for any number of children. Includes most pediatric needs: anything additional we'll discuss clearly in advance. We don't offer vaccines yet (though we highly recommend them!) but they're available at no cost through NM Dept. of Health.

Start with an in-depth conversation about your child(ren) and what you're looking for in a pediatrician. I'll answer any questions and concerns, about membership or healthcare. Then if it seems like a good fit, we'll move into the official new-patient process.
One-Time Sick Visit
Non-member price: $140

Individual visit for illness or minor concerns, available without membership. Included at no extra cost for members.
Sports Physical
Non-member price: $70
Individual exam for school or athletics participation, available without membership. Included at no extra cost for members.

Newborn – 12 mths
Monthly membership: $80

Growth checks (weight, length, head circumference), developmental milestone tracking, feeding and nutrition guidance, sleep and safety counseling, newborn care (cord care, jaundice checks), tummy time and motor development support, teething guidance, starting solids and early feeding. etc.
13 mths – 3 yrs
Monthly membership: $70

Growth and development monitoring, language and motor skill milestones, nutrition and picky eating guidance, sleep and behavior counseling, toilet training support, injury prevention and safety tips, early dental care guidance, social and emotional development support, etc.
4 yrs – 18 yrs
Monthly membership: $60
Growth, puberty, and development monitoring, school readiness and performance discussions, nutrition, activity, and healthy lifestyle counseling, behavioral and emotional health support, sleep, screen time, and social media guidance, annual physicals and sports physicals, vision and hearing screenings, safety and injury prevention, adolescent health (mental health, substance use, sexual health, confidentiality), etc.
